The Governor of Ekiti State, Dr. Kayode Fayemi on Sunday visited the Oyo Paramount Ruler, Alaafin of Oyo, Oba Lamidi Adeyemi III in his palace.
Governor Fayemi also shared the pictures of the governor in the palace of the monarch on his Twitter platform.

It was believed that after receiving Alaafin’s letter of caution over Obas council controversy in Ekiti , Governor Kayode Fayemi drove to Oyo on Sunday to explain things instead of responding by official letter.
It was gathered Ekiti Kings refused to attend council of Obas meeting because they feel slighted by the appointed head of the council, whom they alleged is their junior by rank
