Five more witnesses are to give evidence against the founder of Sotitobire miracle center Akure,Prophet Babatunde Alfa and six others as hearing of case commenced before the ondo state high court over counts involving kidnapping of the missing one year old boy charged against them.
The prosecuting team led by the attorney general and commissioner for justice ,Adekola Olawoye SAN had presented two witnesses before presiding judge ,Justice Olusegun Odusola.
There was however a twist during the hearing when the counsel to Prophet Alfa ,Mr Olusola Oke served Mr Olawoye court of appeal process on bail application for the defendants .
Reacting, The attorney general told the court that the prosecution could no longer continue with the presentation of other witnesses till the bail Application was attended to which may be in June.
After much argument between the two counsels ,Mr Oke promised to withdraw the bail application at the appeal court for accelerated hearing of the suit before the high court.
Justice Odusola later adjourned the case till Thursday 19th March for continuation of the case.
