An Oyo state high court in Ibadan, Friday ordered the Federal Government of Nigeria to pay the sum of N20billion to Chief Sunday Adeyemo also known as Igboho as damages for the invasion of his residence.
In his ruling, Justice Ladiran Akintola of the Oyo State High Court granted all relief sought by the Yoruba Activist, Sunday Adeyemo, also known as Igboho.
He added that all damages suffered by Igboho could be traced to the illegal activities of the the agents of the first and third respondents.
