Kogi State House of Assembly has recommended the removal of the Chief Judge of state, Justice Nasir Ajanah for alleged gross misconduct.
This followed the adoption of the report and recommendations of the House Committee on Public Account which indicted the Kogi State High Court and Kogi State Hajj Commission for financial breaches.
The recommendations that the Chief Judge, Nasir Ajanah be removed outright or step aside till he appears before a committee, was UNANIMOUSLY agreed upon by the members of Kogi State House of Assembly to be sent to the executive for approval.
