The Ile Oluji National Union (INU), Akure Chapter has honoured one of its members,Mr. Wale Akinterinwa for his exemplary and selfless service to Ile -Oluji kingdom.
Mr. Akinterinwa who is the Ondo State Commissioner for Finance was awarded at an event organised by Ile Oluji Indigenes based in Akure, over the weekend.
The award was presented to him by the paramount ruler, Jegun of Ile Oluji Kingdom, Oba Olufaderin Adetimehin, who commended the recipient for his selfless services to Ile Oluji and Ondo State as a whole
The monarch urged him to continue to do his best for the people of the state as a commissioner in the present government of Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu.
In his remarks, Mr. Akinterinwa thanked members of the union for the honour done him, promising to keep the flag flying in the service of Ondo State Government.
He went further that the award would serve as a morale booster and promised to continue to contribute his quota to the development of his community,ondo state and humanity in general.
