Governor Oluwarotimi Akeredolu has nominated the former chairman of a faction within the All Progressives Congress (APC) also known as Unity forum ,Idowu Otetubi as commissioner for Natural Resources.
He replaces Tayo Oluwatuyi who is now the new Secretary to the state government as appointed by government Akeredolu.
Otetubi, a chartered accountant, was the chairman of the Unity Forum backed faction of the APC.
He recently withdrew his case against the State Excos of the party.
New SSG, Tayo Oluwatuyi was a Commissioner under Mimiko and was appointed by Akeredolu last year following a minor cabinet reshuffle.
The new appointees are from Akure South Local government of the state.
