Media Man of the Year Award surprised me – Bisi Ajiboye,Sogigun

Hard work ,commitment and dedication to chosen career were recognized on Sunday as one of the foremost broadcasters and a media consultant, Bisi Ajiboye was honoured with Media Man of the year by the Hero magazine in Ondo state.

Popularly known as “Sogigun”, Ajiboye bagged the Ondo State Media man of the year award at a colourful ceremony at Royal Bird Hotel, Aalgabaka.

He was honoured alongside other eminent Nigerians.

He said, ” I am highly elated for this award coming from the management of Hero magazine. To me, it an award well deserved .

I didn’t expect that there were some people watching and listening to my programmes and all I do in the media industry.

I am dedicating this award to all fans who listen to my various programmes regularly.

“The award will spur me to do more. I will continue to churn out many programmes to entertain and educate my fans. I will not relent”.

Ajiboye, who has written many books, also urged president Muhammudu Buhari to declare a state of emergency on insecurity.

He said the high level of insecurity in Nigeria calls for proactive action from the Federal Government

Bisi Ajiboye, a native of Ora in Osun State is the CEO of Think Productions, Akure.

He has produced many advert jingles for corporate ,political and individuals and very vast in production of political jingles in and outside the state as well as one of the finest MCs in the country.
