Akeredolu debunks allegation of building Hotel in Lagos

Ondo state governor, Oluwarotimi Akeredolu has described as false, the allegations that he is building a Hotel in Victoria Island ,Lagos.

A Facebook post by his Media aide , Richard Olatunde on Sunday says “CLAIM: Akeredolu is building a Hotel in VI, Lagos.

FACTS: Investigations show that image being circulated is that of Art Hotel, in VI which is under construction.

Art Hotel was contracted to Dutum Group by Dreamspaces Dev Limited in 2014 long before the Akeredolu government (source: Dreamspaces YouTube)

Dreamspaces dev, registered in 2012 is owned by brothers Tunji and Ayomide Abdul. (Source: CAC and Dreamspaces website).
