Media Aides of governor Oluwarotimi Akeredolu of Ondo state and spokesperson of the opposition PDP in the state,Zadok Akintoye on Saturday engaged in words of war following 3rd anniversary of the governor in office.
Our correspondent who has been monitoring the hot arguments and exchange of words between the governor’s media team and Akintoye over a comment where Akintoye described Akeredolu’s dance during one of the activities marking his third year in office as ‘foolish dance’.
The comments by Akintoye however did not go well with the media team ,Olorunleke Akeredolu,Special assistant to the governor on media relations, Richard Olabode,Special assistant, new media and Ojo Oyewamide, senior special assistant on media and publicity.
Akintoye who seems pained by Leke Akeredolu’s reply to his comments, copied and posted Akeredolu’s comment on his page.
“Zadok Akintoye egbon, with due respect, you are a fool.” – Olorunleke Akeredolu

I have said it severally that Aketi seems to enjoy the company of bad mannered people.
After Akintoye’s posts , Leke Akeredolu and other media team also reacted.
Read the reactions below :
Leke Akeredolu
Only a coward would do such. Since you cannot withstand the heat, you shouldn’t have thrown the first missile.
You called the Governor a foolish man and you expected me to keep quiet? Egbon, you a COMPOUND FOOL.
Zadok Akintoye
Akeredolu Olorunleke… Just like your boss?
… You are not even intelligent enough to write a proper lie. Where did I say the governor was a fool?
Richard Olabode
And you think this is best way for you to engage people ? What kind of opposition calls a governor “fool” It really shows how low you are in brain and character. This is very low. We will go that lane with you since you choose it yourself

Zadok Akintoye
…. Abire Sunday Olugbenga, and you thought those boys posted the whole thing? They are boys
Richard Olabode
Zadok Akintoye E pele MAN without HOOD. Bros, you don’t have monopoly of craziness ooooooo
Zadok Akintoye
…its probably a case of bad education. Akeredolu Olorunleke, try and read what was written
…awon boys yi o gbo oyinbo. If I say, “she danced madly” would it imply that she is mad? Like I said before, its a miseducation issue.
Ojo Oyewamide
I always believe Zadok is a refined mind. But he should not allow opposition politics to destroy his mind.
How can he describe the dancing of our governor as FOOLISH because of politics and expect no nasty reactions?
It is emotional blackmail to say that because one is a medial aide of the governor, one should ignore all insults heaped on him. We won’t succumb to that blackmail.
We can make our points without insulting others, most especially the governor of our state.
Zadok Akintoye
Oyewamide Wande Ojo … Bros, can a person drive a car insanely, or dance madly, or love crazily? If yes, would it mean the driver was insane, the dancer mad, or the lover crazy? You know me well enough to know I wouldn’t do that. Those boys have a low mastery of the English language and that should be corrected.”
Others also react to the development on the social media.
