Missing Child: Another Branch of Sotitobire Church set Ablaze

Another Akure branch of Sotitobire miracle centre owned by Prophet Babatunde Alfa , who was alleged of being involved in the disappearance of a one year old boy, has been set ablaze by yet to be identified youths.

The church is located at Ajipowo, along Ondo Road, in the state capital.

This followed the Wednesday’s Incident where Prophet Alfa’s church at Oshinle, Akure was razed by irate youths following rumour that corpse of the missing boy was exhumed on the alter of the church.

ROVING REPORTERS gathered that the church at Ajipowo community was destroyed by the youths the same day after the headquarters was set ablaze ,in an incident that claimed three lives.

It was also gathered that the youths also looted the church by carrying away musical instruments and other items they found in the church.

Those who spoke with ROVING REPORTERS said nobody could stop the angry youths who came inside vehicles to perpetrate the act.

When our correspondent visited the place at Ajipowo, the church was found razed to the ground.

It will be recalled that the police had described as untrue that the corpse of the missing boy was exhumed from Sotitobire Miracle Centre in Akure.
