The general overseer of Sotitobire Miracle Centre, Akure, Pastor Alfa Babatunde was on Tuesday arrested by men of the Department of State Security Service (DSS) from Abuja.
It was gathered that his arrest was sequel to series of agitations by various interest groups across the country.
Babatunde has been embroiled over the disappearance of a one-year-old boy, Gold Kolawole, in his church during a Sunday Service exactly a month ago.
He was allegedly fingered over the disappearance of the boy. It was gathered that the Pastor was arrested at about 4pm yesterday and whisked to Abuja immediately.

The Hope gathered that the father of the missing child at about 9pm was also on his way to Abuja in company of an independent broadcaster in the state.
In an interview with The Hope, the father of the missing boy, Mr. Tope Kolawole expressed delight that the Pastor was picked by the DSS from Abuja, accusing state police of doing nothing over issue.
“We did not know where this help came from, but I know that we cried out when police asked us to go back and continue worship in the church.”
