Ondo state Government has tasked the NURTW caretaker committee to ensure that the existing peace in the state and motor parks is not breached..
The senior special assistant to Ondo state governor on special duties and strategy, Dr Doyin Odebowale stated this when giving update on the activities of NURTW in the state.
Dr Odebowale said the caretaker committee headed by Alhaji Olalekan Folorunso, the osun state’s NURTW chairman and members of the executive will be held responsible if anything goes wrong in the state.
While stressing that only goverment approved persons are authorised to continue to sell tickets in the state, Dr Odebowale warned all those still parading themselves as executives to stay away from all motor parks in the state or face the consequences.
He assured residents of the state of their safety as security agencies have been directed to clamp down on any trouble maker.
