Accident: FUTA Students Embark On Protest To Mourn Dead Colleague

Academic activities  at the Federal University of Technology, Akure were today paralysed As Students Protest Against the death of a 200 Level Student In a road accident.
Five students of the institution  were involved in a fatal road accident 
The  200 Level student of the institution,  Daniel Akinyele was confirmed dead while four others  sustained injuries.
Apparently angered by the death of their Colleague,  the students went  on a protest  to express displeasure over the death of the student as well as blamed the management of the school for not doing  enough for the Student  in the area of health  care services. 
The students boycotted lectures, and  blocked  the entrance to the university and the high way, a situation  that created hectic time for motorists and commercial drivers                      
 Four students who sustained injuries  have been hospitalized
